Eligibility Criteria & Selection Process
To apply for the UPSSSC Lower PCS posts, candidates must fulfill the following primary conditions:
- Mandatory Qualification: Candidates must have a valid UPSSSC PET 2025 Score Card. Those with zero or negative marks will not be eligible for shortlisting.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university. Specific posts like Executive Officer or Assistant Treasury Accountant require specialized skills (like an ‘O’ Level Computer Diploma or a Commerce background).
- Age Limit (as of July 1, 2026): General candidates must be between 21 and 40 years old (minimum age is 18 years specifically for the Centre In-Charge post). Relaxations apply for reserved categories as per state guidelines.

- Authenticate using your PET 2025 Registration Number either via personal details or mobile/email OTP.
- Verify your pre-filled details, choose the relevant posts you are eligible for, pay the token processing fee of ₹25, and download your confirmation receipt.
Note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to pay an additional Main Examination fee separately before downloading their exam admit cards.
